- We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the item and destination. The carrier is selected at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.
2. Shipping Costs
- A flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies to all orders within the United States.
- Free shipping is available on orders totaling $99 or more (before taxes).
3. Processing and Delivery Times
- Standard Orders: Most orders are shipped the next business day after payment is confirmed.
- Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom items typically ship within 1-3 business days.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier used:
- USPS: Generally 2-5 business days.
- UPS: Generally 1-5 business days, depending on service level.
- Note: Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes.
4. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available) so you can monitor its progress.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking details first, then reach out to us at contact for assistance.
7. Shipping Confirmation
- Orders are shipped once payment is processed via Stripe. You’ll receive an email when your package is on its way.
